Dermal fillers are substances that are injected beneath the surface of the skin to the areas that have thinned due to aging to add volume and fullness. This thinning is common in the cheeks, lips and around the mouth. Dermal fillers are very commonly used for lip, nose, temple, and cheeck augmentation. Undereye hollowness can be treated by the same.
Some people naturally have thinner lips than others. While there is nothing wrong with having thin lips, it can affect how people feel about themselves and cause them to be self-conscious about that area of their face.
Lip augmentation is a type of medical cosmetic procedure that aims to alter the appearance and shape of the lips to quite an extent by increasing their “fullness”.
As you age, your temple (the area at the edge of your brows between the forehead and the ear) loses volume leading to a “hollow’ look, along with an apparent shortening and descending of the brow. This, in turn, makes the upper face appear “pinched” and worsens the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes. The loss of volume in temples can have a profound impact on the appearance of the face, making us appear much older.
Temple filler treatment is used to recontour and restore volume to the temples of a patient’s face in order to achieve a more youthful and refreshed appearance. You can think of it as a mini facelift without surgery.
Do you wish you had more projection and better definition in the lower half of your face? Chin fillers provide a subtle natural tweak that enhances your facial profile and definition leaving you feeling more confident.

Straighten your nose without surgery
The shape and size of your nose can have a significant influence on your appearance. Surgical nose jobs, also known as Rhinoplasty, are hugely popular in the cosmetic industry. However, there is a lengthy recovery process with invasive surgery, not to mention the risk of post-surgical complications. These are some of the many reasons non-surgical nose jobs have become popular over the years – they are a cost-effective alternative to resolving features that you believe to be flawed; such as dorsal humps.
Have you noticed shadows cast down on your face create a deep triangle to the left and right of your nose to the corners of the mouth, leaving the appearance of a fold around your mouth? This can occur as early as the mid-20s, or even earlier for those with a predisposed facial structure.
· Fight Neck Laxity
What Causes Neck Wrinkles?
As we age, our skin becomes less resilient as it produces less and less collagen and elastin. The result: the skin on our neck—which is already naturally thin— becomes thinner, less elastic and drier. This combination makes it appear less firm, saggy and wrinkled. Exposure to sunlight(ultraviolet light) causes the skin to age faster as our necks are exposed to the sun much more regularly than other parts of our bodies.
The tender skin of the neck is one of those areas most people easily neglect. For example, many people remember to moisturise their face, but it’s easy to forget about the neck. As a result, our necks often start to look much older than our faces.
Smoking can also contribute to fine lines and wrinkles developing in the neck area. Nicotine causes the blood vessels in the outermost layers of your skin to constrict— impairing blood flow and depriving the skin of oxygen and essential nutrients. Because of looking down at our devices all the time(smartphone addiction), more and more young people are complaining of neck creases, popularly referred to as a “tech neck.”
One of the classic signs of aging, a sagging jowl can cause a lack of self confidence in a lot of older women.
What are Smoker’s Lines?
Smoker’s lines, also known as lip wrinkles, are tiny vertical lines that etch on the lips and may extend upward towards the nose. These notoriously difficult to conceal lines are often first noticed when lipstick starts to ‘bleed’ out of the vermilion border (the sharp boundary between the lip and the adjacent normal skin.) If not tackled in time, they can form deeply ingrained wrinkles and negatively impact someone’s overall facial appearance.
· Are You Considering A Revision (a Second or Third) Rhinoplasty?
This your only option if you are not happy with your results? Revision rhinoplasty surgery tends to be more difficult and costlier than the initial surgery. This is because of the more significant medical risk involved. The prior surgery may have damaged tissues, compromised blood flow, or resulted in subcutaneous scarring, among other surgery-related risks.
· Reverse Sunken Eyes
What are Under Eye Hollows?
The skin under and around the eyes is more fragile and softer than the rest of the face. As a result, this area is more susceptible to a plethora of problems, one of them being under-eye hollows, also commonly referred to as sunken eyes. While the exact appearance may differ from person to person, under-eye hollows tend to have one or several of the following characteristics:
All these traits o pose a major aesthetic concern for many people, often making them feel self-conscious and unhappy when they look into the mirror.
Why are dermal fillers Dissolved?
Hyaluronic acid naturally occurs in our body and helps to keep our skin soft and our joints fluid. Hyaluronic acid—produced from plant & animal sources— is also the main constituent of many commonly used dermal fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane. Dermal fillers have many cosmetic benefits, but sometimes, the filler needs to be removed from the body. Often patients will come to us from other places seeking dissolving of previous work. For example, if the filler has been inserted incorrectly, excessively, or unevenly resulting in tiny lumps and large nodules in severe cases. Dissolving of lip fillers and Jawline fillers is very common here at Derm Dynamics
Botox is a purified form of the botulinum toxin that is obtained from bacteria. Though it is deadly in larger amounts, the tiny, regulated amount of Botox is given to correct wrinkles. It works by blocking nerve signals in the muscles where it is injected. When those nerve signals are interrupted, the affected muscle is temporarily paralyzed or frozen. Without movement of these selected muscles in the face, certain wrinkles are softened and are reduced. Botox is a neuromodulator made to improve fine lines and winkles.
Lines on Forehead
Unfortunately, our forehead can become quite wrinkled as we get older, and this can really age our appearance. Most patients who have come to us have pointed out that forehead wrinkles make them look like they are tired or worried all the time.

Wrinkles Around the Eyes (Crow’s Feet)
As you age, your skin undergoes a lot of changes, especially the delicate skin around the eyes. That’s why one of the earliest signs of aging is fine lines around the eyes, also known as Crow’s feet. In fact, this is usually the first place wrinkles start to show on your face.
Get Rid Of Pesky Nose Wrinkles
Bunny lines are the tiny creases that sit on both sides of the nose, right below the bridge. These wrinkles start near the inner corner of your eye and extend downward and diagonally or horizontally across your nose. Wondering if you have bunny lines? Scrunch up your nose like you’re smelling something awful—do you see those fine lines across your nose? Now relax your face and look closely. Did the tiny creases on your nose disappear? If you can still see them, those are bunny lines.
Gummy Smile
A ‘gummy smile’ is a widespread condition that affects around 15% of adults and causes many people to be self-conscious and anxious when smiling.
Wide Jawline
Sometimes referred to as ‘square faced’ a wide jawline can cause a lot of self-consciousness, especially for women as it can be seen by some as a masculine or unattractive trait.
If you want to revive the youthful appearance of your skin without the time and expense of surgery, but longer-lasting results than nonsurgical treatments, consider thread lifting for the face and neck. At Derm Dynamics, we offer thread lifting, a minimally invasive technique that mimics the effects of a surgical facelift. Using polydioxanone (PDO) thread, the same absorbable thread that has been used in medicine for over 10 years, this minimally invasive procedure lifts and tightens the face and neck. The PDO thread is specially designed to stimulate the natural production of collagen and elastin, so the health of the skin is improved over time.
Who are a good candidate?
On the day of your treatment, you will relax in one of our treatment rooms as a local anesthetic is injected into the areas of your face that will be addressed. After the anesthesia is active, Doctor will carefully insert the PDO threads. The threads will be attached to the skin tissue and then raised until the desired effect is achieved. The threads will be knotted and cut so they can blend as the skin heals. Patients may have minor redness or bruising that will resolve on its own in 1 – 2 weeks.
The result of the Thread Lift is immediate and even more noticeable after 2-4 weeks when all the swelling and potential bruising has resolved. The results will continue to enhance as your skin produces even more collagen over the next several months which will also make the results of the thread lift last longer than the life of the threads. More threads can always be inserted down the line to continue to improve the results and prolong the results even more. If you choose to have a more intensive surgical procedure or facelift at a later point, this can be done without any problems as the PDO sutures will be absorbed completely without leaving any kind of scarring.
The results of a thread lift will vary in each patient, but most patients see improvement for 1 – 3 years. You can make up in the day after Thread lift.
